You would love to just make your commitment official and enjoy a few, relaxing hours celebrating your love and focusing on what is important. We hear you! Our stress-free, stylish and affordable All-inclusive Elope ment Package is perfect for couples just like you. Let us be your honorary bridesmaid and handle all the arrangements. You won’t have to lift a finger! We will organise your celebrant, photography, f lorals, ceremony-styling, wedding cake, catering and playlist music. Just simply arrive at our picture-perfect venue, take a deep breath and step into the best day of your life.

Our All-Inclusive Elopement Package is available every Monday-Friday. This includes exclusive access to our venue for 2.5 hours, with the last ceremony of the day starting no later than 3.00pm. Hire commences 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for guest arrivals. Elopements are a maximum of 20 guests + marrying couple (we can provide 2 witnesses if you are having a true elopement).
Package inclusions:
VENUE: Exclusive access to The Lookout Woodbury gardens and grounds for 2.5 hours, including bathroom block. Should there be inclement weather, you will be given access to our 12x10m clear marquee. Access to bar/cold room/glassware is not included. CEREMONY LOCATION: Decorated ceremony location, including personalised welcome sign with both names and wedding date, signing table and chairs and up to 20 white cross-back chairs for guests. Styled by The Lookout. You are welcome to choose your own ceremony location within the grounds of The Lookout.
CELEBRANT - Includes prior meetings to get to know your love story + a beautifully curated Elopement ceremony
FLORALS: Includes 1x bridal bouquet and 1x buttonhole in your colour scheme (colour scheme to be discussed upon booking). PHOTOGRAPHER: for 2 hours
WEDDING CAKE: Single tier 4inch buttercream icing in your choice of flavour.
CATERING: Small grazing box for you & your significant other to enjoy while off getting portrait photos done with your photographer.
MUSIC: JBL PA system for background music, plus your choice of processional, registry signing and recessional songs.
PLANNING & COORDINATION: Full package planning and on the day coordination with The Lookout’s event coordinator, including initial planning consultation. On the day coordination includes set up and pack down.
As the last light disappears, why not consider retreating back to our luxurious bridal suite on site? Stay the night amongst the stars. Soak in our two-person bathtub. Wake up amongst birdsong and to panoramic ocean and rolling hill views. It’s a perfect end to a perfect day.
