Planning & Venue

• Up to 9.5 hours of exclusive venue hire

• Dedicated Venue Coordinator

• Up to three Event Assistants

• Complete ceremony, cocktail hour and reception furniture

• Wedding timeline fill and send

• Venue access from 10:00 am the day before for approved DIY/BYO setup, supplier deliveries and drop-offs

• One-hour wedding rehearsal the day before your wedding

• All clients, suppliers and guests to depart the venue by 4:30 pm the day prior

Venue access on your wedding day begins 30 minutes prior to your ceremony to welcome your guests.

Your ceremony includes:

• JBL speaker with Bluetooth connectivity and Spotify playlist access.

• Elegant white cross-back seating for your guests. (8×4 arrangement)

• Choice of The Love Fountain, Garden Cove or beneath our beautiful Fig Tree

Reception

Your reception includes:

BYO Bar Experience

One of the many things couples love about celebrating at The Lookout Woodbury is the freedom to supply your own beverages.

Bring your favourite wines, beers & RTDS while our RSA-qualified bar staff look after the service, allowing you and your guests to simply relax and celebrate.

Bar facilities include:

Your Forever includes two nights' accommodation in our private self-contained chalet.

Arrive the day before your wedding to settle in, prepare and enjoy a relaxed evening before your celebration.

Wake slowly on your wedding morning, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and begin your day without rushing.

End your wedding day together in the comfort of your private chalet before waking the following morning to breathtaking views across the Capricorn Coast.

Check-in: 2:00 pm the day before your wedding

Check-out: 10:00 am the day after

Rain or Shine

Should the skies change, your ceremony can be relocated to our 10 x 12 metre clear luxury marquee, ensuring your day remains every bit as magical.

Sundays and Public Holidays incur a 20% surcharge.

Payment Schedule

A non-refundable and non-transferable booking payment of $2,500 is required within one week of booking to secure your wedding date.

Remaining balance:

• 50% due six months before your wedding

• Final balance due two weeks before your wedding
