The Details by The Lookout takes the stress out of styling by allowing our experienced team to create a beautifully curated celebration on your behalf. Instead of sourcing, setting up and packing down décor yourself, you can simply arrive knowing every detail has been thoughtfully prepared.

From our first consultation to the final candle placed, our experienced team will take care of every detail, allowing you to relax and enjoy the journey to your wedding day.

Your Styling Experience Includes

Design & Planning

• Two personalised styling consultations at The Lookout Woodbury.

• Ongoing support via phone or email

• Personalised on-site mock tablescape with up to two design revisions.

• Floorplan recommendations

• Recommendations and quotations for additional furniture, lighting, draping and bespoke styling elements.

• Up to 10 hours of on-the-day styling coordination and management.

Ceremony Styling

Your ceremony will be thoughtfully prepared before your guests arrive, creating a beautiful first impression.

Included:

• Complete ceremony styling and setup.

• Ceremony chairs arranged to your chosen floorplan.

• Personalised welcome sign as a keepsake

• Choice of The Lookout Woodbury arbours/plinths.

• Beautifully styled signing table.

• Commercial bubble machine or 1x Confetti cannon

Cocktail Hour Styling

While you enjoy your photographs, your guests can relax in a beautifully styled celebration space within our grounds, choice of The Garden Cove, The Love Fountain, under our big fig tree or our cement terrace fitted with festoon lighting.

Included:

• Complete cocktail hour styling - from The Lookout Woodbury styling collection

• Pop-up bar with scalloped umbrella for the lawn

• Bar and café table styling with table center pieces

• Wrought iron garden seating with styling.

• Lawn games.

• Option for drinks wall/shot wall

Reception Styling

From your first entrance to your final dance, every detail has been carefully considered.

• Complete reception setup and styling.

• Personalised seating chart.

• White easel.

• Tables and chairs arranged to your chosen floorplan.

• Table numbers.

• Chiffon table runners.

• Napkins.

• Candle holders and votives from The Lookout Woodbury styling collection.

• Personalised place cards.

• White crockery.

• Choice of gold/silver cutlery.

• Polycarbonate glassware or crystal glassware set for bridal table.

Tablecloth hire is available as an optional upgrade.

Payment Schedule

• A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.

  The remaining balance is payable as follows:

  • 50% due six months prior to your wedding.

  • Final balance due eight weeks prior to your wedding.

  • Final guest numbers and guest names for personalised place cards are also required at this time.
