Your experience begins with a complimentary two-night stay in The Lookout Chalet, where you can slow down, settle into the peaceful surroundings and savour every moment leading up to your wedding day.
Exchange your vows overlooking the breathtaking Capricorn Coast before celebrating with family and friends as the afternoon unfolds. Sip your favourite BYO drinks beneath the magnificent fig tree, watch the sun disappear behind the Byfield Ranges and dance beneath glowing fairy lights as the stars emerge overhead.
From your first look to your final dance, every chapter of your wedding day unfolds in one spectacular location, allowing you to be fully present with the people you love most.

Please Note: All guests, suppliers and patrons attending the wedding rehearsal or pre-wedding setup must depart The Lookout Woodbury by 6pm on the day prior to your wedding.

The Forever experience includes a complimentary two-night stay in The Lookout Chalet, your own private, self-contained retreat overlooking the breathtaking Capricorn Coast.
Arrive the day before your wedding to settle in, unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings as the excitement of your wedding day begins.
Wake slowly on the morning of your wedding, take in the panoramic views and prepare for your celebration without the stress of travelling. After dancing the night away, return to the comfort of your private chalet to spend your first evening together as newlyweds.
Wake the following morning to one last sunrise over the mountains and coastline, reflecting on the memories you've created with your family and friends.

At The Lookout Woodbury, every wedding has a beautiful backup plan.
If the weather requires, your ceremony will be relocated to our luxury 10 × 12 metre clear marquee, allowing you to celebrate in comfort without compromising the beauty or atmosphere of your day.

Payment Schedule
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee of $2,500 is required within seven (7) days of booking.
The remaining balance is payable as follows:
50% due six (6) months prior to your wedding date.
Final balance payment, confirmed guest numbers, and your completed wedding timeline are due two (2) weeks prior to your wedding date.
