The Toast is our exclusive 3.5-hour wedding experience, thoughtfully designed for couples who want to exchange their vows in one of Central Queensland's most breathtaking locations before celebrating with family and friends over drinks, laughter and special moments.

Enjoy 3.5 hours of exclusive venue hire, giving you the freedom to create a celebration that feels uniquely yours. Exchange your vows overlooking the spectacular Capricorn Coast, capture beautiful photographs throughout the property, then continue the festivities with your favourite food, drinks and the people you love most.

Whether you envision champagne beneath the magnificent fig tree, signature cocktails at The Love Fountain, or canapés on The Terrace, The Toast. provides the perfect setting to celebrate the beginning of your forever.

BYO Bar Service

Bring your favourite beers, wines and refreshments while our event team takes care of the service.

Included:

• Commercial cool room, refrigeration and freezer facilities for your BYO beverages

• One (1) event staff member to serve beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages and clear glassware throughout your celebration

For couples wishing to serve spirits or signature cocktails, a dedicated RSA-qualified bartender can be added for $65 per hour.

Wet Weather

Reception marquees/Dancefloor are not included in this package. Should inclement weather occur, your ceremony and post-ceremony celebration will be relocated to our luxury clear marquee, ensuring your celebration can continue comfortably, whatever the weather.

Golden Hour Ceremonies

Dreaming of a golden-hour celebration?

Our final ceremony time of the day is 5:00 pm, allowing you to exchange your vows as the afternoon light softens into a breathtaking sunset. Capture stunning photographs bathed in warm golden light before raising a glass with your family and friends.

Investment

2–40 guests: $6,500
41–120 guests: $25 per additional guest

Pricing includes exclusive venue hire for up to 40 guests. Additional guests are charged at $25 per person, up to a maximum of 120 guests.

Payment Schedule

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee of $2,500 is required within seven (7) days of booking.

The remaining balance is payable as follows:

• 50% due six (6) months prior to your wedding date.

• Final balance payment, confirmed guest numbers, and your completed wedding timeline are due two (2) weeks prior to your wedding date.

Need a little more time?

Extend The Toast. with an additional one hour of exclusive venue hire for $1,000, giving you even more time to celebrate, mingle with your guests and soak up every moment with family and friends.

Additional time is subject to venue availability and must be arranged prior to your wedding day.

Complete your celebration with a magical first dance beneath our twinkling fairy lights on our commercial dance floor.

Share this beautiful moment surrounded by the people you love before continuing your celebrations elsewhere.

The Toast is designed to give you the flexibility to celebrate exactly as you imagine.

Arrange your own catering, refreshments, styling and preferred suppliers, or personalise your celebration with The Details by TLW, our signature styling experience featuring ceremony décor, micro reception styling, furniture and thoughtfully curated finishing touches.
