The Vows is our exclusive ceremony experience, thoughtfully designed for couples who want a beautiful setting to exchange their vows before celebrating the rest of their day their own way.

Whether you're saying "I do" for the very first time, renewing your vows, or simply reaffirming your love and commitment to one another, this experience gives you the time and space to create a truly meaningful moment.

Enjoy 1.5 hours of exclusive venue hire, with private access to your chosen ceremony location and the stunning grounds of The Lookout Woodbury. Take your time to exchange your vows, capture breathtaking photographs and celebrate together in one of Central Queensland's most spectacular settings.

Dreaming of a golden-hour ceremony? Our final ceremony time of the day is 5:30 pm, allowing you to exchange your vows as the sun begins to set and capture unforgettable photographs bathed in beautiful golden light.

  • Choice of ceremony times, including our final 5:30 pm golden hour ceremony

Please Note: The Vows is a ceremony-only experience and does not include a post-ceremony reception. Couples are welcome to continue their celebrations at a restaurant or reception venue of their choice.

Payment Schedule

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee of $2,500 is required within seven (7) days of booking.

The remaining balance is payable as follows:

  • 50% due six (6) months prior to your wedding date.

  • Final balance payment, confirmed guest numbers, and your completed wedding timeline are due two (2) weeks prior to your wedding date.
