From the moment you book with The Lookout Woodbury, our team is here to help make your wedding experience as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

Below you'll find some helpful information about our venue, booking process and facilities.

Venue Information

For venue hire packages, The Lookout Woodbury team will complete the initial setup of all venue furniture and inclusions provided within your chosen package. A dedicated Venue Coordinator will also be onsite throughout your wedding to assist with the smooth running of your celebration.

For DIY/BYO packages, couples are responsible for arranging their own styling, table settings, catering and catering service staff unless these services form part of their selected package.

The Lookout Woodbury is a BYO beverage venue, giving you the flexibility to supply your own drinks while enjoying the support of our RSA-qualified bar staff where included.

For Full-Love/Forever., venue access includes:

  • Access from 10:00 am the day before your wedding for deliveries, styling and setup.

  • One-hour wedding rehearsal (by prior arrangement).

  • Pack-down and collection of personal items from 10:00 am the following morning until 12noon.

Parking & Guest Transport

A dedicated drop-off area is available adjacent to the venue for the wedding party, elderly guests and those requiring accessible access.

Guest parking includes approximately 40 on-site car parks, with additional parking available for four-wheel-drive vehicles if required.

For larger celebrations, we highly recommend arranging guest transport. The Lookout Woodbury is easily accessible by a 70-seat coach, with convenient drop-off at the venue entrance.

We are happy to recommend trusted local transport providers.

Venue Facilities

Our venue features modern amenities designed for guest comfort, including:

  • Accessible commercial amenities block

  • Disability-accessible bathroom

  • Parent's room with baby change facilities

  • Ambulant toilet

  • Two additional toilets

Power & Utilities

The venue is equipped with backup generator power for added peace of mind.

Power is available throughout the venue, including:

  • Reception marquees

  • Ceremony locations

  • Bar area

  • Outdoor entertainment spaces

Specific power requirements for entertainment or catering suppliers can be provided upon request.

Wedding Day Timings

Unless otherwise specified within your chosen package:

  • Venue access begins in accordance with your package inclusions.

  • Last drinks: 10:30 pm

  • Venue closes: 11:00 pm

  • All guests are to departed no later than 11:15 pm

Wet Weather

Should the weather require an alternative ceremony location, your ceremony can be relocated to our beautiful 10 × 12 metre luxury clear marquee, ensuring your day remains every bit as memorable.

Payment Schedule

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.

The remaining balance is payable as follows:

  • 50% due six months prior to your wedding.

  • Final balance due two weeks prior to your wedding.

Final guest numbers are also required two weeks prior to your wedding.

Flexible payment plans are available upon request.

Booking Information

Tentative bookings are held for up to seven days.

Should another enquiry be received during this period, you will be given the first opportunity to confirm your booking.

Your wedding date is secured once we have received:

  • Your signed Booking Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

  • The required non-refundable booking fee.

While booking fees are non-refundable/transferable, requests to transfer your wedding date will always be considered, subject to venue availability and sufficient notice.

Pricing

All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

Package pricing is subject to change without notice; however, once your booking is confirmed, your package pricing will be honoured in accordance with your signed Booking Agreement.
