From our first consultation to the final candle being placed, our experienced team will take care of every detail, allowing you to relax and enjoy the journey to your wedding day.

Your Styling Experience Includes

Design & Planning

• Two personalised styling consultations at The Lookout Woodbury.

• Ongoing support via phone or email

• Personalised on-site mock tablescape with up to two design revisions.

• Floorplan recommendations

• Recommendations and quotations for additional furniture, lighting, draping and bespoke styling elements.

• Up to 10 hours of on-the-day styling coordination and management.

Ceremony Styling

Your ceremony will be thoughtfully prepared before your guests arrive, creating a beautiful first impression.

Included:

• Complete ceremony styling and setup.

• Ceremony chairs arranged to your chosen floorplan.

• Personalised welcome sign as a keepsake

• Choice of The Lookout Woodbury arbours/plinths.

• Beautifully styled signing table.

• Commercial bubble machine or 1x confetti cannon

Cocktail Hour Styling

While you enjoy your photographs, your guests can relax in a beautifully styled celebration space within our grounds choice of The Garden Cove, The Love Fountain, Under our big fig tree or our cement terrace fitted with festoon lighting.

• Complete cocktail hour styling.

• Pop-up bar with scalloped umbrella and personalised bar sign

Wedding Day Styling

You've planned it. We'll bring it to life.

Already have your styling, décor and vision planned but don't want to spend your wedding day setting everything up—or ask your family and friends to do it for you?

Our Wedding Day Styling service allows you to hand everything over to The Lookout Woodbury team. We'll carefully style your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception using your décor and styling items, ensuring every detail is beautifully presented and ready before your guests arrive.

Relax, enjoy a slow wedding morning and spend your time making memories while we take care of the finishing touches.

Your Wedding Day Styling may include:

• Ceremony setup and styling

• Cocktail hour setup and styling

• Reception setup and styling

• Placement of your décor and styling items
